From shameless to daring, good to dowdy, hideous to amusing

Ms. Brannon may be a professor, and this can be a textbook. A supurb textbook that unravels, analizes, graphs, charts, and narrates the dynamics of shopper selection in lightweight, easy prose. it's an epic study that brings aboard the good forged of characters who have devoted their lives to staying a jump sooner than us. (The bibliography is sixteen pages long!) Whom do they watch? How will a forecaster recognize when an innovation has smart "legs"? Is it in tune with the days, or a counter current? All this and additional is told as Ms. Brannon peels the onion that's fashion.

For me, this was a good scan, like say, "The New Yorker." and that i am not even within the biz.
